Where can i find the hadith were whenever mohammad ate a meal it stood up and sang to him as he ate it?

i remember writting it down in my notes. i don't think it wasn't in bukhari. so where can i find it?

Narrated 'Abdullah:





We used to consider miracles as Allah's Blessings, but you people consider them to be a warning. Once we were with Allah's Apostle on a journey, and we ran short of water. He said, "Bring the water remaining with you." The people brought a utensil containing a little water. He placed his hand in it and said, "Come to the blessed water, and the Blessing is from Allah." I saw the water flowing from among the fingers of Allah's Apostle , and no doubt, we heard the meal glorifying Allah, when it was being eaten (by him).
Reply:there is no hadith that states that his meals would stand up and sing to him. The hadith that "me" is talking about does not even mention any meals, it talks about water and how even the water shows how glorified Allah is and even the water praises Allah. The hadith is that Muhammad SAW was travelling with some of his companions and they got near a stream and went to drink water from there, and Muhammad SAW made them realize how even water shows the greatness of Allah.





In short there aren't any hadiths about food singing and dancing, just how even food can make you realize the greatness of Allah.





Another thing, a lot of answers are very rude and do not give good impressions of muslims, but most of them do not do it to offend you, or anyone else, but it is just that nowadays you meet so many people who are just talking to you to make fun of your beliefs, so when people hear questions that offend them, they end up offending the asker too.

Sorry: The Prophet鈥檚 meals used to glorify Allah while he ate, and this glorification was heard by the companions of the Prophet (See Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol.4, Hadith No. 779).





Everything glorifies Allah. Alhamdulilah!! Praise be to Allah Most Gracious, Most Merciful
