I don't think so. At least not "portable" as you describe it.


There's too much difference in hardware between the two OSes I am afraid.


Some ASUS and Gigabyte mobos ( Intel 975X or P35 chipset) are able to run "virtually" Mac OS.


It has to be installed on a "live" Windows version AFAIK.
