I have a problem whit my messenger i cant see my offline messages when i sing up can enioane help me pls???

I dont now what is teh problem whit my id i reinstal teh windows bat noting when i log in in me messenger i cadn resave me offlien messenger it diont aper the window whit me offlien messenger i test whit anader uzer and it is ok bat in my id it dont what whai??? and haw can i do to remediet din problem it is posebel becaz i have 450 ppl in my list and 100 in ignored list??? Pls help me whit my problem i send 30 mail to yahoo bat not answer at my qwestcen noting :(( what is hapent i have dis id obladon19 @ , yer 2003 and naw i dot understant whai is hapent i cant se i canr resave my offline it dont aper dat whindow whit offline messages noting :((( pls help mee somwan

Why do I receive an error when running Yahoo! Messenger?


Best guess? You might have a corrupt file in your Yahoo! Messenger directory. To fix the problem, you must manually delete the Messenger directory on your C: drive (default), then reinstall the Yahoo! Messenger application.





You will NOT lose your contacts through the following procedure as they are stored on your computer and will be added during the re-install process. I know this to be true because I've done this myself about 4 times and have almost 400 people on my IM list!





To delete the directory:





Close the Yahoo! Messenger application if you currently have it running. Make sure all instances of Internet Explorer are closed.


Go to your desktop and double-click "My Computer."


Click the "C:" drive.


Go to:


C:\Program Files\Yahoo!


Highlight the Yahoo! Messenger folder and press the Delete key on your keyboard. (All archives will be deleted if they are not copied. Please see below.)


To install:





Close all running applications except for your Internet browser.


Visit the Yahoo! Messenger home page.


Click the "Download Now" button.


To copy your complete Message Archive:





Close Yahoo! Messenger (if it is currently running).


Go to your Desktop and double-click "My Computer."


Select the "C:" drive.


Go to:


C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\Profiles.


Your "Profiles" folder contains your complete Message Archive. Copy it to the same location on another computer if you wish to view it elsewhere.


Note: If you copy this folder to another computer, your complete Message Archive will be copied, overriding the Message Archive on the computer to which you are copying.
