Shut up and Sing (Most self-righteous and annoying music performers)?

Love their music but can't stand their political preaching. Performer can be living or deceased.
Shut up and Sing (Most self-righteous and annoying music performers)?
Definitely The Dixie Chicks, I hate country music, but I'd be glad to help Toby Keith put a boot up THEIR ***!

I love U2 but Bono needs to shut up and sing so does Zach De LaRocha.
Reply:Bono, shut up and just sing.
Reply:Ronnie James Dio- i love his voice, but he always talks bad about people
Reply:Barbra Streisand
Reply:Streisand---she cussed out a fan once for objecting to one of her political rants at a concert.
Reply:Well Chef,

Hinder was at a local venue and they were pricks.... so there ya go.
Reply:The Dixie Chicks
Reply:Dixie Chicks, Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Pearl Jam, Neil Young, Barbara Streisand, and the biggest knucklehead of them all Bono!!!! If you think it's so bad maybe you should move (or move back) to Canada. Oh and take Bill Maher, Katie Couric, Alic Baldwin, Susan Surandon, Tim Robbins, Michael Moore, Sean Penn, Alec Baldwin, Joy Behar, George Clooney, Jane Fonda, Janeane Garofalo, Richard Gere, and Martin Sheen with you!!!!
Reply:Bono, and Bob Geldoff

The two of them have given charity-based music events a bad name.

If I want to give money to a cause, I will do so because *I* want to, not because a singer who thinks he's a politician tells me to.
Reply:Kanye West. I hate him. He has a ego the size of Russia. I don't like his music either.
Reply:Bono. By far... Bono.

A hypocritical douchebag who preaches seemingly just to give himself a hard-on. Honestly, I don't care for his singing/U2's music, either, so...

Also, Ted Nugent. Not only he an annoying twit who won't shut-up, but the things he won't shut-up about are disgusting, stupid, pathetic, and... yeah. He's conservative and crazy... like, more crazy than most conservatives. He's REALLY crazy. Yikes! His music sucks, too.
Reply:That crap really gets on my nerves. Al Jourgensen and Trent Reznor are the ones that come to mind for me. With Al's last three albums and Trent's dip into the Year Zero concept, it just becomes too preachy.
